BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

The Company has successfully completed various, major and complex construction and engineering projects such as Residential and Commercial Buildings, Hotels and Resorts, Hospitals, Industrial Warehouses, Factories, Sports Grounds, Schools, Dormitory blocks, Showrooms, Structural steel buildings and structures.
To date we have accomplished successfully different projects across Zanzibar Island even in the challenging and remotest areas. And earned the maximum trusted and principal name in the field of construction as the Country is enjoying peace and stability.
We continue to serve the Government and its agencies, Parastatals, Private and International organizations clients. We have totally focused on quality, safety at work and strict compliance to all health, and environmental laws, regulations, standards including best practice procedure of and utmost integrity throughout all our undertakings.
In order to function and advance on to work effectively, we set the following necessary in-house facilities for our own projects accomplishment needs:

1. Wooden (Timber) workshop for woodwork, furniture, and fittings housed factory and associated structure.
2. Mechanical workshop for the repairs and servicing of the company’s plant, and equipment, vehicles, mechanical fabrication and welding and some sort of interior design.
3. Concrete Articles Manufacturing yard for production of aggregate and concrete blocks etc.
4. Aluminum and UPVC fabrication Unit.
